So I'm usually a support player, but I saw a pro match with a support scout so I decided to try it out. The other team picked ophelia so I figured I would try to counter her. So I was wondering-

How viable is support scout?
What are some general tips on playing this role?
What are the best items to get?

For items I assume its good to go abyssal skull and energizer. But should I get steams or phase? Is hellflower a good item for this build?
