I feel dumb. I've been playing since beta and have never missed a day of dailies. My elf team was T9, 5 and 6 star with Elrond. Haradrim had two seven-stars, RtR was close behind, and we were crushing our raids. I was halfway to Gandalf!
Had an iPhone and needed a new one, and switched to Samsung. I guess, since I didn't link to Facebook, all my teams, progress, and my purchases are gone. Completely. And customer service just kind shrugged and said so sorry, start over. I can still log into the webstore and it shows my 160 gems and 5.5 million gold.
My account exists. Just not for me.
EA broke my heart.
