Which energy (blue) hero to get to gold+4 next?

Hey all. I'm trying to decide which energy hero to get to gold 4 next. I currently have gammond at gold 4. I was thinking about working on sentry (he's gold 1) but one of his parts requires stage 8-9, which I haven't beat yet.
My options are surge, butter, pris, heckler, fortress, halloway, nightingale, sapphyr, vanguard, baron, oro
Any suggestions?
