I am getting bilateral open hernia surgery on Tuesday because my GP suggested it's urgent and open, which is better because the repair of hernia is much permanent, and the risk of infections is less. Although recovery time and pain post surgery will be a little bit extra because it's open. I am not sure, but currently, I am in pain because fatty tissues are coming out and not going in until I lie down on left side. I really don't have time to wait much. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance
