Why is Etho so infectious? I only started watching him a little while ago, but I'm already obsessed with him and I don't even know exactly why?

Seriously, I used to be so confused why there were so many people obsessed with Etho, he didn't seem particularly special, in any way, but somehow i now always route for Etho anytime the hermits play a minigame and I always get so excited when he posts a new video
The main person I watched before Etho was Scar, and I think I still find Scar funnier, but for some reason Etho just invaded my brain and won't leave
