I was having thoughts on topic of Cause and Effect. Karma in other words.
This was a profound realization I believe, hear me out. So I was thinking in extreme terms to actually play this out well in my mind. So used the concept of masters and slaves as these are the polar opposites of each other. As one commands the other serves. This is a well known existing phenomenon in our world. Back to it, so this train of thought opened a beautiful realm. I do not know how to name it otherwise.
Premise: This reality we see around is a servant. It is here to serve. To clarify what I mean by that is the manifested tangible reality that can be observed by the 5 senses.
This will include even our own body. We also know that when something dies the body is left in this reality but the life that shined through is gone. Bear with me for a while, so if we consider reality in such a way. A question is born out of this premise. What are thoughts? As these can exist without ever comming into reality. Where do they exist? We could say the mind? But where is the mind? Here is where my understanding ends. Wonder what anyone has to say on this. The only thing I can say is that there is another dimension/plane or realm which incomprehensible for to understand were they live in. I would name it the realm of potentiality. That being said, we are not done yet.
Also another question is born out of this. So if the reality we see around us a servant, then there must be something that commands it right? Well this is were it gets interesting. What is that something? Well I think it is "that which is not". There is no better phrase I can use as far as I know. Maybe some will know but this phrase denotes Shiva in hinduistic tradition. I will not go further into that. So I believe this is the most pure detached being that we are. What are your thoughts on it? What I think is that it is formless, it has no name and will forever be unknown, yet we can experience it through reality because reality is the servant. So more about it I believe it has one thing and it is agency. It holds the reins. It decides. It rules. It destroys and it creates, it also has fun, enjoys dance and bliss. And we can experience it through the service of the servant called reality.
To put these two together there is beauty in these polar opposites and it is this. This formless agency that commands can be seen as something which produces a seed. The reality we see around us can be seen as its servant that has womb that springs into life in reality showing itself to itself. And all what we see gets manifested by our own choice. And in the end yet their are two they are only one. Because they cannot exist without one another.
I will leave you with few most misterieus and interesting questions I asked myself before. My written words were did they came from? This what I see in front of me where did it originate from? What is the face of the formless? This one is so paradoxical yet so misterieus and beautiful. Also a question that probably drives me crazy on occasions.
