My original thought was:
I, a middle aged man, got hit by a truck one evening, and after being unconscious for a month I finally woke up to a pretty nurse checking my vitals.
Because a lot of men who get injured end up with mental health issues as well the hospital has started a policy where nurses can provide any services that lift spirits or increase happiness.
The nurses have discretion on which patients they want to help, but most patients find at least one nurse who is willing to make them smile.

If you like a darker pot I've also thought of a yandere nurse who hit her neighbor with her car just so she could get him into the hospital where she can sedate him and use him.
