Hi. The standard where I live as a 19m is between 14-150 ug/ml or around that. When I last had my blood drawn in march it was within that range. Now, come december it shot up to 365 ug/ml. I had this tested yesterday.
ive just been feeling so tired all the time but also experiencing depression to which my doctor ordered the blood tests and prescribed anti depressants because i had experienced the same depressive symptoms i had last year in december again (ferritin within range at that point and it was because of a different reason)
so whats next? transferrin or genetic test? also this seems unlikely to be hemochromatosis because i'm 19. no achy joints. it just seems weird my ferrin shot up that high within like 9 months.
