I’ve had issues with migraines for years and always chalked it up to fibromyalgia. This past March I started having odd health issues. Numbness in limbed, weakness, speech issues, extreme exhaustion and more. And of course Migraines. Two days ago I woke up with the left side of my face numb and it tracked down my left side. After a night in the hospital I was diagnosed with HM. Any advice on how to live with this? I’m already to the point that if I do too much I spend three days unable to walk. I just didn’t know at the time it was HM. Any recommendations on diet? Anything?
