Hey, so I live in a women's shelter, and someone donated a TV. But it's missing the remote. The TV is a Magnavox 42MF230A/37. It was manufactured in 2006.
I have been looking everywhere for a universal remote. Amazon is nothing but knockoff junk, with nonsensical brand names like "njjpcwkshsjwnjj" or some such. Walmart.com, same thing. I'm not able to drive, so online is preferred, but I will go in-store if I need to. I have an Amazon gift card, so that would be great, too, but I'm not banking on it.
I just want a legitimate, basic $15 universal remote for this TV. I don't want counterfeit junk, I don't need it to control 8 devices, nothing overly fancy. I just want a universal remote.
Thanks!
