An early 2000's episode of a prank show where a guy made out of tv static came in and out of TV's

This is a quick recreation of what i remember using blender, i probably should have zoomed in but the static guy had his mouth open (and looking left and right in the show)
The prank victim i believe was either a woman or multiple different people.
PS, I could be absoluetly wrong about it being a prank tv show as i was VERY young when i saw this, i also don't really see how it'd be physically possible to do this so i might have remembered something wrong
