So I've been attempting to find this movie to show a friend for some time.

The movie starts with a hit and run happening then the camera just follows the next person going about their day....when they stop to talk to a friend or someone on the street the story seems to follow them (the new person) until they stop and talk to someone on the street or at a house then the story follows them...and it does this for the entire movie until we get back to the scene of the hit and run.

I know it's pretty vague and I unfortunately don't have much more infor besides it probably taking place in mid to late 70s to late 80s. But my memory is kinda foggy on this one.

I hope someone can help. If I find it before you do I'll post that I did.
