A friend let me barrow a comic book years ago, but I ended up losing it. I've looked for it for years, but have never been able to find it. There are a few things I remember from the book. At the beginning, there is a child poking a cat more and more, then when you flip the page the cat has transformed into a giant monster and is consuming the child while the child says, "Help me!" The comic moves back and forth between different stories, but one of those stories is about a girl who travels around in a tank with about 100 tiny anthropomorphic poops. At the end of the comic, the poops combine together to form one giant super poop and they fight the giant cat monster. I'm sure this is pretty obscure, but thank you for anyone who can help.

Edit: My friend got this comic book somewhere between 2007-2009. I'm not sure if it was published around that time or before.
