A tool used to create a net for 3D shapes, apparently was made for cosplay?
Post Body

Backstory: I've been trying to create the cone shape of the top of a rocket out of sheets of wood, and the closest approximation is something like a octogonal pyramid. The net of the shape looks like triangles of the same size next to each other and touching only at the bottom corners. ▲▲▲▲ like this sorta.

I was recommended an online tool that could calculate the exact measurements for the net using the base diameter and height, but they couldn't remember the name. They said it was used for cosplay and it may have been "poly something". Has anyone heard of it before?
