Need help finding out when Instagram account was made public.

Hello, I am currently in a Legal case, and we are of the belief that a instagram account used as evidence was private before a particular date which would help the case greatly as they are claming we could see the content prior to a certain date. However google searches for the instagram account are not available until a certain date, and prior to this date we can not find the account on google only after a certain date does the account become visable. Does this mean it was private? Any solid evidence to affirm this suspicion? This is a trademarks disupte, so nothing creepy haha.
