I believe right at the end of The Good Place’s run, Mike did an interview (with some other people, I think) and it ended with a bit about Chick-fil-a. I loved his take on this, and I’ve googled it and read it aloud to people a dozen or so times over the last few years. Never bookmarked it.
However, I cannot find it now. Here are some things that are ABSOLUTELY in the article:
- The word “pickles.” He talks about how some people say “but it has pickles!” about the CFA sandwich.
- “don’t give that guy $3!” He absolutely says $3.
- the word “choice.” As in, don’t use others bad choices to make a bad choice.
This bit ended the article. He said something about maybe the next sandwich guy hits kittens against chain link fences, or something like that, and said he’d go find a third guy.
I am nearly positive it was not part of the promotion for his book.
But “schur” and “pickles” is giving me less than nothing. Does anyone remember this? Help!
