Blitzo and Fizzarolli's relationship

So everyone understood that those two knew each other in childhood and were pretty close, but I want to push it a step further
They're familly
Blitzo, Barb Wire and Tilla all share the same mark on their forehead (Tilla's is hidden by her hair but still visible), and they're the only imps we've seen to have anything remotely similar to this
... except for Fizzarolli that ALSO has it
Now obviously, they're not brothers, otherwise they'd be in the family photo, but my guess is they're at least cousin
