According to the cherubs, “winners” can watch people on earth, meaning they are eternally conscious of the world slowly dying and people constantly suffering, they never get a break they just exist, maybe for free maybe they all get shelter but at what cost? Eternal existence, can they even die? Would they be allowed to?
Not that hell is much better although at least general citizens don’t have to watch the actual earth and there might be the distraction of survival but idk, they’re both basically eternal consciousness until you die twice
