First time with hells itch :(

Thank god for the sub for telling me about hot showers. I was literally having a breakdown but I’m finally calm enough to type because of the hot shower.

I have taken ibuprofen and my friends are getting me Benadryl. Was a dumbass who’ kept applying more aloe because it has helped my sunburns of the past- took me way to long to realize it was making it worse.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has tried alcohol or weed while dealing with hells itch? This experience has made me want to be not sober but I’m not sure what will help/ if it will make it worse
