What do you think is the best book to learn about Hellenism?

I'm not a new Hellenist, I've been a Hellenist for roughly a decade and read quite a few books on the subject.
I was just curious what this community believes is the most informative, helpful book to learn about the religion, if we had to pick one.
Although there are quite a few good books on Hellenism, I think the best book, without question to me, is Greek Religion by Walter Burkert. What about y'all?
