So I just had this dream a few hours ago, and feels more symbolic than it does. I've been a practicing hellenic pagan for a few years, and still open to being wrong or misunderstanding things. So the dream starts out in this bar, everyone is yelling, and tensions are rising by the second. I instinctively went for this one guy, who was trying to pick a fight with an old man. I took him out the bar, and he began swinging at me. I back off, so I wouldn't be in swinging range. I remember 5 individuals in black taking him, and disappearing into the alley way.

As I'm almost taken by them, this lady, stop me and everything goes to white (daylight). She handed me a bag, and gave me these gifts. Some were books. One a monitor, a radio, and I think a staff or something. I put the gifts aside, and asked why did you give me all these things.

"Because I want you to live an extraordinary life" she said. Although I don't know if she said ordinary or extraordinary. I feel it's the latter on this one. Than I look at her shoes, and each with one ornament dpecting something. One look like Persephone and Hades side by side and the other with Persephone and her mother Demeter. She also wore a necklace with a Greek name on it. I think it was possibly a epithet of hers. When I came to realized who she was, she transform in a multitude of colors arranging from red, orange, gold, and black. It like I was seeing her trueself. Than I remember being embraced by her, and than not long after waking up.

I don't know if it's just a dream, but I think it relates more to what I'm doing right now. I joined the army, and leaving in November. Maybe the gifts are supposed to mean something else, or to look more in depth at it. I think the book symbolize knowledge/insightful, the radio to always keep my ears open, the monitor to see through the world in a different lense, and the staff I don't know what to tell ya.
