I have been a practicing Pagan for many years now and I've always found myself gravitating toward the Ancient Greek Gods. I've never worked with a God before. Mainly because my practice was always centered on nature and the earth rather than a deity.

But lately I've been wondering how to start working with deities. In this aspect, I'm a "baby" and beginner and would like some advice. I've had some people tell me at my local gatherings and such that it's the Gods who choose you, not the other way around. I've also heard the opposite, which has left me in a state of utter confusion as to how to get started.

Do I need to wait for a sign from a God? Can I start worshipping a God I feel connected to without a sign?
