Mine is that he was inspired by the Creekers and wanted to join up, during training the Meridia incident happened. He is finally on the front lines and is a Democratic fanatic. His friend (my irl friend) is a vet from the First Galactic war, was kept on ice and tries to help my character see the truth without becoming a traitor. They are a fun duo who have tried to make their mark on the war, my Diver is known for his impeccable timing… (aka “bombs away” proceeds to salute then blow up not realizing the grande bounced back)
