Hypothesis: Liberation is only affected by MO.

Fact 1: Two images. One bot front, one bug front. Boy front Aesir pass numbers are wrong, but Vega Bay is correct. 16k players is equal to 2.11% per hour with current population.

FACT 2: Then goto Gatria, 8k people, half the number on the pass. Less regen then the pass, Liberation of .02% per hour. SHOULD HAVE 1.05% LIberation based on the numbers presented.

FACT: Gacrux has 5k players which should be above given numbers be at least 80% of 1.05 from the pass.

Conclusion: facts support hypothesis. This means the following.

A planet cannot be beaten by any amount of players if it's not under an MO. Only MO planet have a fair Liberation rate. I.E are possible to make progress on.
