Irrecoverable samples due to pits/lakes SUCKS. For everyone.

It's really crappy that if I screw up backing away from some enemies and I drop into a lake I can't get out of, it's really shitty for 2-3 other players that we can't get those back. If it was just me, fine, that's sad.
They really need to spawn near the edge. Or float near the edge. Or something other than the way it is.
