A company that believes its self to be independent of the goodwill of their customer base is a company that has overstepped their place in society. We as consumers give our money and data to these people because we want to enjoy the service we’ve trusted them to provide. When they can no longer guarantee quality products, cut corners and make us more dependent on them they are becoming no better than those who sell narcotics!! Even worse is when they think they can make decisions that are completely against the goodwill of their consumers because they believe we are well trained addicts who will stay with them anyway.

We as consumers need to take a stand for our rights to be treated with respect and dignity by those we trusted to deliver a service. Song and many other companies need to be reminded to listen to their consumers or else face the consequences
