PC Players - Is there a good way to input strategems while running?

Post Body

I see some console/pad players get frustrated when a PC player waits a moment longer to reinforce when they're fleeing from the enemy. This is because PC players have to stop moving while inputting strategems due to the way their input is bound. The default controls have the strategem inputs bound to the same keys as movement. The WASD that controls your character is the same WASD that is used when the strategem menu is out.

You can rebind separate strategem input keys, but I'm at a loss as to how to bind that in a way that makes sense. I could do IJKL, but then I would always have to take a hand off wasd or my mouse to input. I can't think of anything better than that though. If someone has come up with a good solution for this I'd like to know.

What might help immensely is if devs patched in a toggle in the options that allows mouse/keyboard players to "lock" their character into the direction they're moving while the stragegem button is held. Maybe also allowing you to turn left and right with the mouse if you hold a second input.
