My game crashed once and now it won't load at all, any tips?

I've already tried restarting just about everything on my computer to try and get it to launch, if I can't get it to load, I'm just gonna reinstall it overnight, any other ways I could get it to work? Most times it won't even get to the main loading screen, just the black endless void screen of nothingness.
