Game stuck at black screen after -1 error

I am playing on PC. Just got the game today, played a few hours in the morning. Trying to hop back on now. At first I got a -1 error. Nothing was happening so I closed the game and tried to restart. Now the second the game launches its just a black screen and nothing. Anyone have this problem or know what to do?
