Our glorious troops are being caught by their own tools, flamers. Their aoe and area denial can be indistinct and slow to show when holding the torch against the hives of bug scum, made worse by the suicidal nature of the bug kind, deflecting the fire with their nimble little bodies causing the back wash to envelop our soldiers.
I propose simply that a hell diver should have the option of braving the sulfurous plains of their name sake, a heavy armour that reduces the burn damage and provides more safety before the burn applies to the soldier.
Asbestos is a widely used and proven safe insulator and could easily be utilised to the aims of protecting democracy, up close and with ferocity.
In simple terms the flamers area denial is not immediately clear, burn can quickly sneak up on a user burning on the move and has been the only reason I have ever died consistently, get bit, brought low and the burn ticks over into death before you have time to react.
Tldr Introduce heavy flame resistant armour.
In the name of democracy, what are the thoughts of the people?
