How active is this game on PS5 during the day?

I normally play between 4-6pm UK time and am thinking of getting HLL but am wondering how easy it is to find games, especially on weekdays compared to weekends. Also, how long do games typically last?

The games last up to 90 minutes, if one team is utter shit it could last as little as 30 minutes
