With the new update coming out just wanted to dump my thoughts on what would be cool to see changed regarding loadouts to make them somewhat comparable to the opposing faction equivalent.

Particularly, US Assault and GER Officer

US Assault, I feel that the Grease gun should be swapped for the Thompson for the Assault Grenadier and Assault Raider. My reasoning behind this is two fold, Grenadier is a very very strong loadout in it's current iteration with the amount of explosive grenades available, I feel that it should have the Grease gun to help moderate the strength of this loadout, so that while you have a SMG that is decent, it encourages you to really utilize grenades foremost, then clean up with a Grease Gun. Also it's a "direct" upgrade from the Assault class Standard loadout which means this change could make the Grenadier class more unique, as in when you get this loadout, in exchange for a slightly less effective weapon than say the Trench gun in the level 3 loadout, or the standard loadout, you get 6 grenades to make up for that, and a new gun at that from anything you've used so far.

Meanwhile, Raider, while very strong assuming you can get close to utilizing the satchel is comparatively limited in it's direct engagement capabilities. With one grenade, and a middling SMG (compared to the Thompson or MP40), it's entirely possible to get close but in utilizing Assault it feels less effective than just utilizing US Assault grenadier with the "weaker" SMG. Which for one considering the effort needed to get to Raider it should pay off more? But more so, compared to the German equivalent which gets the STG, it feels somewhat inadequate to what the class should be. I've been Assault X for awhile now, and while I'm more than happy to use the iteration of Raider as is right now (and I always do for that satchel) when playing US I feel that the grease gun would be a better fit for Grenadier, and the Thompson would be a better fit for Raider. I imagine it as, while you have less direct kill potential than any of the previous classes with less grenades, you have a strong SMG to help you get close enough to use that satchel.

GER officer, is somewhat the same issue, except I feel that the KAR should be swapped with the G43. This is primarily more of an issue of efficiency and equivalency in comparison to the US faction. I feel that in the GER pointman loadout it would be make more sense to give this loadout with the KAR to utilize with the pistol giving all around capability in both close and longer ranges, similar to the Carbine for the US pointman loadout. Then for the NCO loadout, giving the G43 makes this class equivalent to the US NCO loadout, in having an all-around gun that can be effective at all ranges. It's a bit nitpicky but just makes more sense.

Sorry soviets, haven't played enough of you to give any thoughts. Anywho this is the end of this rant. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.
