I’m getting no XP period?

Basically the title. New player here, just kicked up the game a few days back and started playing with some friends. After every game they get career level and I’m seeing absolutely none on any characters on the main screen, not getting the after match screen either that shows you how much you got. Ive stayed in multiple games in a server so I don’t think I’m leaving too soon or anything. Anything to be done? Any ideas? Kinda sucks to play an hour plus long game and get nothing.
