For me this is more of a rule than an exception. I have never, ever experienced this issue with any other game, so I'm positive it's not my mouse. I use a wired Logitech G502, so it's not a "wireless" issue like I've seen some people report.
So basically, whenever I use a bolt action rifle, something like 3 times out of 10 the rifle will not fire on my first click. It's INCREDIBLY annoying when you line up a shot and nothing happens. Throws me off so much.
EDIT: one of my friends said it might be due to the sprint key being bound to the same key you hold your breath with. I'll try to re-bind the "hold breath" key to something else and see if I still experience the same problems.

I've had that too. For some reason I just can't throw grenades. I feel like it's after laying prone and bandaging or some weird combo like that. I know it sounds like a specific use case but hey, that's how bugs slip through the testing cracks in the first place.
