I have a i7-13700k Raptor Lake cpu, RTX 3070, 32 gbs ram at 3600mhz and should not be stuttering, dropping frames, and feeling such an un-smooth experience. I can play much more heavily demanding games with little to no issues at all but this is almost unbearable! I have the latest Nvidia drivers, I've tried the dx12/availableallcores workaround but that actually seemed to make my game perform even worse. My problem isn't so much getting high frames as most areas in the game sit around 120-144 on my 144hz monitor HOWEVER, the dips are the problem. Dropping to 60-80 frames and while some games that doesn't matter, I feel it all the time and the game continually microstutters, lags, etc. A great example is when I was sniping recently and saw my frames dip from 130 to 70 any time I scoped in and at certain spots on the map, constant jittery stutter. It does this with any guns really but a sniper the worst it seems. It's really beginning to kill the overall experience and I feel like I've tried everything. Any help is appreciated
Another thing to mention, I realize this game has awful LOD shown with melting buildings and such but is the texture pop-in really this bad all around? Every few steps I see trees, grass, leaves, building textures, wall textures pop in to frame and it's so fucking immersion breaking and awful. I can't stand texture pop in in games and this is the biggest culprit i've ever seen. Is there any fix for this maybe tweaking an ini file? I play on an SSD as I do for all games. It's especially 10x worse when zooming in with any aiming.
