As stated above, does anyone else not get their refund from Linxdot? I'm currently looking for lawyers to take it to court, if anyone is facing similiar problems.

Here's my story:

In January I ordered a Hotspot from Linxdot. When I placed my order their cancellation policy stated that it was possible to "request a cancellation and refund anytime before shipping". Due to numerous shipping delays I asked them to cancel my order. About 2 weeks later they replied, stating that it wasn't possible anymore as my order was about to ship. Additionally they changed their cancellation policy, now only allowing for a return of their products for a 49 GBP fee. After some back and forth they agreed to a refund within 10 days. It's now been over 10 weeks and so far no refund has been issued, even though I contacted them about it. They only replied with "We assure you, you will receive your money."
