I know this might be long, but I tried to write all the details that might help. Quick summary, finally synced. Made 9 cents. Then, "needs attention", Wifi works, good connection, trouble pairing it so diagnostics are minimal, but all connection info is present. Outgoing is green and Incoming isn't.

Fired up the Nebra Pie that I had been waiting over a year on. Set it up with the app. Found about 5 or6 spots directly around me (lots more around too). Kept getting a "syncing" green message. know it takes a bit, so I just let it sit. About 24 hours later it changed to green and said connected. About a day went by, and then I checked and I had earned 9 cents. So, I'm happy it's working. Then, it suddenly turned yellow with the needs attention issue. I keep trying to run a diagnostic report, but it only rarely shows up to connect. I was finally able to get it working (but I completely forgot to screenshot it, and now I can't get it to recognize and pair with the app). It had a green connected on the top left which I believe said outgoing, but incoming was not green. Everything such as MAC, ETH, IP, all looked good. I had it on WiFi, then connected it to Ethernet (I tried this because I didn't realize how long it takes to connect). But, it was working and it was on Eth when the 9 cents came in.

I've tried unplugging it, tried holding in the small black button hoping that it might factory reset it. But, nothing works. I've been trying to pair it for over an hour, but it never finds it. I have unplugged the Eth cord and am going off WiFi (which has a good connection). Can anyone point me in the right direction?
