Updated SD card on my Rakv2 black hotspot. Now cannot pair with device?

Looking for help here. I updated the sd card and after rebooting several times I keep getting “unable to pair please try again later” message. Any thoughts on what I need to do ? It’s been about two hours since switching cards and unable to do anything since then.
