Miner offline however helium.io shows it is working and ping test is working..help?

As mentioned in the title my miner suddenly shows offline however wheni go to heliumstatus.io it shows it is working and the ping and connection tests show to be fine. Everything else is working ( wifi/power, etc) so not sure what to do.
Any help?
