Hey ive been having a major problem with my hotspot miner lately this is how it all started. I first set it up and it ran strong for 15 days while relayed but i wanted to fix the relay issue so i had a modem set up for port forwarding to take it out of relay and it worked but another issue started. My miner showed up as online on helium status and helium explorer but it immediately started to resync to the blockchain. I thought to just let it sit and it will get back working but its been 10 days and its fallen 12,000 blocks behind and it keeps increasing everyday. I know there is nothing wrong with the modem since it was professionally set up by someone. And the network speed is on a 5g network. I verified that the miner does not remember any wifi networks its says it is connected via ethernet. Ive rebooted the modem and miner several times. Im about done with this pos miner it is a RAK Mntd miner gold spot. I will reward for actually assisting me to get the issue fixed thank you so much and happy Monday.
