Bobcat issues

So I have a bobcat setup on the roof currently with a 5.8 dbi antenna . I also have a 8dbi antenna I was going to setup. With that being said I checked out hotapotrf and it's showing I will get 0 witnesses at 30ft and a 8dbi antenna . I have a handful of others in the area less than 10km away . I don't understand, am I missing something?
