Can't connect MerryIOT to Helium Wallet ("write failed for device" message)

I have a MerryIOT cool spot which is on the blockchain, and I am getting 150-200 IOT per day. However, I am not able to connect to the device via blue tooth, and therefore, I am not able to get my IOT into my helium wallet.

When I try to add a device in my helium wallet, I get an error message -- """.......write failed for device ...... CC and Service ......... "

I know others have encountered this before, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also, if I can't get this working, is there any other way to get my IOT into my wallet? For example, is there way to manually enter the information into my wallet?
