20,000 Dollars of legacy HNT trapped on Binance?

I have about $20K of legacy HNT sitting in a Binance account, used via a SafePal hardware wallet.
I wasn't aware of the migration to Solana, 1-2 months ago.
When I try and withdraw the HTN, it just says - Wallet maintenance, withdrawals suspended.
Does anyone have any idea how I can get this out?
From searching here I see I can deposit to a legacy address via the Helium mobile app, but can't get it off Binance.
