Need help with weapon and artifact mains

I’m currently trying out Heizhou for a main DPS slot in a team of Fischl, Kuki, Ayato with artifacts planned to be EDE or ADE/C.

My question is: in this line-up where Heizhou would be at least 15s on-field, would I be better off running R1 Atlas or R5 Lost Prayers? Since the weapon rankings only accounts for R1.

As a tangent, depending on the weapon of choice and the line-up mentioned above, which artifact main stat combination would I best benefit from running if all substats were similar?
