Rates of the Gacha are not readily available.

Is it just me or are the rates of this game's gacha not available (or not easily accessible in game)?
I know for a fact that IOS has implemented a strict rule in regards to this. That all gachas show the rates on what chance% we have to get a Hero.
I see it be implemented in all the gachas I play (ffbe, dffoo). I scoured the game to look for it. If it is there, why is it so hard to find?
Thoughts anyone?
