Some questions about living in Heidelberg

Hello everyone! I just moved to Heidelberg yesterday to work as a summer research intern at HITS for three months. I have really enjoyed my first two days here, but I have some questions.
- My apartment's bathroom does not have any shelves, so I am looking for an adhesive shower caddy to put my stuff (shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, etc.) Something like this, but cheaper and I can buy at a store. Are there any stores in Heidelberg selling something like this?
- My family and I were walking on one of the bridges above the Neckar River and we saw a boat named "Schloss Heidelberg" with a top level with people on it. We would like to go on a boat cruise ourselves on the Neckar. Where can we sign up for these and are they English friendly?
- What are the best restaurants for trying the local cuisine and/or German cuisine in general?
- I have a Deutschland ticket. What would be the best way for me to get from Heidelberg Hbf to the Heidelberg Castle?
