Does the tone/focus of the resort change throughout the year?

This year we went in January because there was a group that hosted a few "swingers weeks". Made some friends there, and after we got back home I've been chatting with them online and they're going to Hedo in December this coming year instead of their normal January. I want to go when they do so we can play with them. But my husband is under the impression that only January is swinger-friendly and the rest of the year it's just nudist/clothing optional (no or less sex). My thought is that Hedo is Hedo throughout the year - open to swinging and all kinds of hedonism. Am I right or him?
