Hi Hbarbarians, i remember months ago i have sent HBARs from Hashpack to Binance, on that transaction i forgot to put the Memo on it! I contacted the support team and provide all info as time, amount, transaction hash... and they told me that without memo,

"funds are missing on the blockchain" Wich is not true

Now with more experiance on blockchain and how CEX works i realized that CEXs have one wallet for all deposits and memo indicates them to which wallet is the deposit, what i understand is... if you make a deposit without memo, CEXs will always recieve your coins/tokens but they refused because you did'nt indicate on the Transaction that it was for "X" wallet so CEX will stay with that coins and make them theirs! I think is not fair! 👀

From now i just use CEXs to ramp-in, keep them on Ledger! 🚀🚀

Do anyone know a solution or i have to get them on support again?
