Quick question. If I sell one of my guns to a private party, and they pay me in cash, and we go to a FFL to do the transfer, and after a few days the person finds out they didn't pass the background check, am I obligated to return the money? Does the gun still remain in my name or does it go into limbo? What happens if I don't pick up the gun from the FFL?
