My heart palpitations started back in April of 2021 after I went on an exercise routine where I do 100 push-ups a night every night. After 2 weeks the palpitations started and I have not been the same since. I notice that they are almost always triggered after eating. Magnesium helps sooth my palpitations, but in severe cases Magnesium doesn't work so I have to take potassium as well and then get fresh air. I will admit, for about 2 years I was consistently not getting enough sleep (like 4-6 hours a night) because everytime when I was about to fall asleep it felt like my palpitations were starting and I had trouble breathing. In the past couple of months I've had an echo and multiple EKG test and all of them came back normal but with fast pulse rate. Cardiologist diagnosed me with inappropriate sinus tachycardia and wanted to put me on Corlanor but I declined in order to find a more natural solution. Some days when I get a full 8 hours of sleep I have 0 palpitations at all. So I'm working on getting atleast 3p days of consistently 8 hours of sleep and taking Magnesium every night and drinking warm tea in the mornings to see if that will help! (Side note: I got a scare at the GD because one time my EKG said "possible enlarged heart" and yet my echo did not show that and I dont believe I have any symptoms relating to an enlarged heart.)
Also, I don't get tired quickly when doing cardio, I can go atleast 15-20 mins at a steady jog pace on the treadmill without having any major issues. So I'm not sure what it is other than anxiety and lack of sleep.
Carnivore? As in eat meat for 30 days? Or did u mean to say Corlanor?

Not to sound like a dick but hearing your situation made me feel so much better because I'm nowhere near that bad and you're still alive. I'm not overweight at all and I dont have fluid buildup in my lungs and I was only diagnosed with sinus tachycardia. As I'm typing this in my bed my heart feels calm and I'm very relaxed and sleepy. Thank you for your story!
